Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the box «I agree to the processing of my personal data» and sending a request through the contact form of the website https://via-profit.ru, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data», give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data to Sole Proprietor Natalin Pavel Mikhailovich (TIN 667010333704, OGRNIP 320665800138821, the Operator) on the following terms.

1. Purpose

To contact me about my request (call me back), consult me on the Operator’s services and prepare an offer for me.

2. Personal data

  • phone number;
  • name — if I gave it;
  • the time zone of my browser — so that I am called back during working hours in my local time;
  • the address of the page the request was sent from and of the landing page, campaign tags (UTM), device type, the chosen colour theme and language of the website.

3. Operations and methods

Collection, recording, storage, use, access by the Operator’s employee, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed: automated and manual. The request is delivered to the Operator as a message in the Russian messenger MAX. The data is stored in Russia and is not transferred to third parties or abroad.

4. Validity

The consent is valid for 6 months from the date the request is sent, or until I withdraw it if earlier. After that the Operator destroys my data within 30 days.

5. Withdrawal

I can withdraw the consent at any time by writing to x@xxx.xx or by post to the Operator’s address. It is enough to give the phone number the request was sent from. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before it.

6. Confirmations

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I give my own data and that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, which describes my rights and how to exercise them.
